Sonal Chauhan is an Indian singer, actress and fashion model. She has won numerous beauty competitions and made her entrance as an actress in the movie Jannat. She was born on 16th May 1987. Sonal was born in New Delhi. She educated at Delhi Public School in Noida and then Philosophy characters at Gargi College in New Delhi. She first appeared on the cover of Himesh Reshammiya's album Aap Kaa Surroor. Kunal Deshmukh, a filmmaker of Jannat, saw her at a restaurant in Mumbai. He requested for her contact number, and in a week she was on the grounds shooting. In the film, she was joined opposite Emraan Hashmi. She has also confirmed a three-film deal with the Bhatts, of which two are pending.
